Della Rutledge
Director of Security and Facility Security Officer
As the Director of Security and the Facility Security Officer (FSO) of ALC, Inc. based in the headquarters located in Rockville, Maryland, Ms. Rutledge is the gateway for all things related to security for the company. She has been entrusted to protect AllWorld Language Consultants under the guidelines of the National Industrial Security Program over the last two years. All current contractual work awarded to ALC depend on the ability of the corporation to maintain at least a "Satisfactory" inspection rating by the Defense Security Service, Department of Defense. The corporation has maintained an 'Exceptional' rating since Ms. Rutledge started her tenure in 2005.
Ms. Rutledge brings a plethora of expertise, as she not only has experience throughout the defense industry in Human Resources, but also a specialization focusing on Industrial Security for nearly a decade. This expertise provides assurances for both ALC and the US Government that security compliance will be consistently maintained to the highest standards. Such best practices in Industrial Security assist ALC in maintaining its dependability and trustworthiness as it provides services for its vitally important public and private sector clients. As a graduate in Applied Science from Enterprise State Junior College, Ms. Rutledge is in the process of completing her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Maryland.
A Southern Belle born in Alabama and raised in Tennessee, Ms. Rutledge has raised two children, a 25 year old daughter and a 20 year old son. She enjoys living in the historical center of the country, Washington, D.C.
