Marta Amar
Director of Government Affairs
Marta Amar is the Director of Government Affairs at ALC. In that role, Ms. Amar handles all matters related to client relations, overall translation productions, compliance, resources and quality control.
Ms. Amar has been part of the ALC family since the company's incorporation in 1994. Since 1994, she has held various positions to include In-house Spanish translator and editor, Production Manager, Project Manager to her current position as Director of Government Affairs.
Ms. Amar holds degrees in Education and Psychology from the Instituto Superior Ana Maria Janer and Universidad de Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before coming to ALC, Ms. Amar worked as Special Education and Spanish teacher in both Argentina and the United States. Ms. Amar is married to an Interpreter and is the mother of two.
