AllWorld Language Consultants (ALC), established in 1994, provides a vast array of technical and professional services such as: translation, interpretation, transcription, Title III interception and monitoring, video production, training, general consulting services, intelligence and media analysis. Within just a few years, the company developed into a single source for multiple-language needs, both for the U.S. Government and private enterprises alike. Today ALC is able to provide a flexible solution to the Government through our GSA Schedule and multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements.

We are looking to continue our rapid growth by expanding upon our private sector business. If you are business savvy, learn quickly, are detail oriented, a people person, possess a charismatic personality and possess a proven sales record; we may be looking for you!

Position Details Include:

• Identify and qualify business opportunities for ALC within target markets
• Develop and leverage business relationships
• Work to ensure ALC is well-positioned relative to industry competitors
• Become familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
• Identify and evaluate new markets and utilize creative approaches to private sector entry/development

Position Requirements:

• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, poise, strong interpersonal skills and confidence to interact effectively with individuals
• Must have an abundance of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and persistence
• Must have strong presentation, follow-up skills with attention to detail
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must be self motivated and possess the ability to analyze both the business and financial trends necessary to drive sound decisions about the future direction of the private sector
• Ability to build on existing and new relationships
• Proven experience with business development in previous jobs
• Prefer someone with experience driving business projects and programs, measuring business performance and trends, and communicating cross-functionally
• BS/BA in Business or Marketing preferred

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is not yet defined but will more than likely be a combination of a base salary plus commission.
