Program Manager

AllWorld Language Consultants (ALC), established in 1994, provides a vast array of technical and professional services such as: translation, interpretation, transcription, Title III interception and monitoring, video production, training, general consulting services, intelligence and media analysis. Within just a few years, the company developed into a single source for multiple-language needs, both for the U.S. Government and private enterprises alike. Today ALC is able to provide a flexible solution to the Government through our GSA Schedule and multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements.

ALC is looking for a strong leader with experience working in or with government contracting to join our team as a Program Manager.  If you have previous experience in a Program Management role and have worked in the world of government contracting, we may be looking for you!

Position details include but are not limited to:

  • Contract Administration to include: resource and finance management, contract modification and statement of work
  • Personnel management to include: supervision of key field personnel and the provision of conflict resolution as needed, information tracking and report writing
  • Regular interaction with various clients and subcontractors to include: mission related requirements, conflict resolution and enforcement of subcontracting agreements, participation in meetings and think tanks
  • Provide subject matter expertise to aid in the proposal writing process
  • All other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Experience working in government contracting REQUIRED
  • 3-4 years of personnel management experience and a minimum of 2 years program/project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact effectively with individuals at all levels
  • The ability to understand and interpret contract rules and regulations and apply them accordingly
  • The ability to facilitate contract compliance within the existing contract parameters
  • The ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • MUST be detail-oriented and possess the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • MUST be flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities with little to no notice
  • Basic accounting acumen
  • Experience with a variety of software applications to include MS Applications, in particular-Access
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Degree preferred but willing to substitute experience with education

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position has not yet been determined but does not exceed an annual salary of $60k
