Role Players Needed

AllWorld Language Consultants, Inc. (ALC) is a consulting firm that provides a vast array of technical and professional services such as: translation, interpretation, transcription, Title III intercept, multi-media production, training, and intelligence support. ALC, Inc. was established in 1994 and within a few years, the company developed into a single source for multiple-language needs, both for the U.S. Government and private enterprises alike.

ALC is currently seeking professional role playing linguists to provide essential training experience to soldiers preparing for combat operations in varying conditions. Conditions may vary from coordinating an opportunity to meet with local leaders, a time to provide medical support to local children, assess the attitudes of the population in a certain area: de-escalate a situation by communicating properly with local religious leaders, or redirecting both combatants and non-combatants during offensive operations.

Qualified candidates:

• Must possess the ability to write and speak in clear, correct and concise grammar with native fluency in the required language and be proficient in English to communicate effectively with the trainers.
• Must be able to communicate customs and cultural mores to training units and assist training units to understand the issues they shall face in theater by effectively portraying the specific roles.
• Must be able to replicate various positions and groups of people representing possible situations units may face during deployment (i.e. members of the security forces, various civilians potentially encountered on the battlefield, members of local tribes and their leaders, members of religious groups and their leaders, refugees and displaced persons, Non-Governmental Organizations and Humanitarian Relief Workers).
• Shall be lawfully employable in the United States.
